OUR POLICY
At Lucozzio Ceramics, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any of our products, including but not limited to wash basins, skirting, and other home improvement items.
Exceptions:
Refunds or replacements will only be provided if the product is proven to be defective or damaged upon delivery, subject to our inspection and approval.
Eligibility for Replacement:
